Since my last post I have become a new Dad! Wow! On July 20th, 2010 my baby boy Quinton was born. It's been an exciting new adventure.
The period before he was born was an intense process of preparation but it was all worth it. In so many ways Quinton is a miracle for Renee and I. We are so thankful for the support of family and friends.

Change of Plans: Prepare for A Baby
Okay, so I made a decision a while ago to discontinue my fast from media content.
I found out on Thursday June 17th that I'm going to be adopting a baby very soon. Renee and I have had to cram 8-9 months of preparation into one week. It's been interesting but rewarding.
It has also challenged me to be on this "No T.V. and no Media" kick I've been on. Exhausted from long days of preparation are not exactly a good recipe for me to stay away from movies.
So, for now I've pushed pause on this adventure I've been on. I'm still going to try and trim down how much I'm watching but if I'm exhausted at the end of the day and want to chill I'm likely to pick a movie over the next little while.
